Gingseng and one other but can't remember exactly but it is the opposite of the Meletonin that is your bodies natural sleep stuff. Melotonin helps you to fall asleep and the other is the "happy stuff" your body naturally releases. Gosh I can't come up with it. But I'll think on it and come back if I figure it out. Maybe...Seritonan??????? Not sure on the spelling of either of those. +5
Valerin root is good.
I am using Korean Ginseng and love it. I buy it at the GNC store. It doesn't only improve my mood but also improves the concentration.
