I get this feeling all the time! Seriously, I would hope a family member or close friend would approach me if they observed something off about me. Sometimes I think I have "brain fog" which can be characterized by one or more of the below symptoms.
--Loss of mental acuity;
--Forgetfulness – decreased short-term memory;
--A feeling of spaciness and inability to think clearly;
--A feeling that you’re in a fog or a dark cloud is over your head;
--Decreased attention span;
--Mild depression and/or anxiety;
--Lack of spatial awareness;
--Difficulty concentrating or a lack of focus.

If you feel something remains "off", probably best you see a doctor.
