If your talking about undisputed and professional boxers, the record in held by Henry Armstrong and Bob Fitzsimmons. They both won 3 undisputed world titles, Armstrong actually held all 3 at the same time. He won the Featherweight title, then the Welterweight title and then the Lightweight Championship. Fitzsimmons won the Middleweight, then the Heavyweight and then the Light Heavyweight Titles. Tommy Hearns won the World Boxing Association welterweight championship in 1980, the World Boxing Congress super-welterweight belt in 1982, the WBC middleweight and light-heavy titles in ‘87, the World Boxing Organization super-middleweight championship in 1988, the WBA’s light-heavyweight champ in 1991, and the IBO Cruiserweight Title in 1999, but they weren't undisputed.
