If your using Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options/Content/Autocomplete. Click on clear all forms and websites. That should clear every username and password, and website url. Then try to log on. If it doesn't work. I'm sorry I wasn't that much help.

Hold down the "shift" key when you log off windows. That should bring up the logon screen.

At the top right of every Answerbag page there's a box that says Shopping and immediately below that your user name is shown. Click on the link that says, "Sign out" just to the right of your user name.
