Help answer this question below.

What's the most silly or worse reason you have heard from someone in order to stay away from jury duty? I have heard from someone who said that she could be prejudiced because the brother of the accused was her doctor for one day ten years before!

    My mom was called for jury duty and she has to go to the bathroom like every hour on the hour, she is hard of hearing and can barely remember her own name. I have no idea how she was released from jury duty last time. For myself, I was just blessed that my number never came out of the "bingo hopper" as I am very bad at getting called on drawings.

    I've served jury duty twice and heard some doozies. One guy said he had a phobia about courtrooms. Another said she was in the witness protection program. Those are the two most original I remember.
