Restroom even though you are making movements in them.
Bathrooms dont always have baths.
Same with a lavatory featuring mostly sinks toilets and urinals.
Powder room confuses me a bit.
So does a half bath.
An out house you cant live in.
Locker rooms feature lockers and showers.
Shower-room feature showers not baths.
Washroom is best I suppose.

This is not my term - I wouldn't use it. But I have an acquaintance who lives in Arizona; for some reason he seems to despise Texans. Here is his term for a bathroom.
"A birthing room that results in Texans."
When he has to go to the bathroom, big time - he announces, "Well, I'm gonna go give birth to a Texan!"
I don't know whether or not he has been decked for making such statements.
