I'm not a lawyer and I just scanned the bill as it was submitted but there are a gang of related bills. It doesn't say so specifically but this one seems to want to go after whatever it was that caused the contamination in the spinach and the peanuts. Like I said, there are alot of related bills that could be really off the wall. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h111-875 I'm marking this site. My first impressions of it is that it could be valuable in learning about other bills and where they are in the system.
