Help answer this question below.

I have a proline r700 it will only reconize one of my dvd+rw disc`s it wont reconze dvd+r plus a pack of dvd+rw disc`s i`ve purchased, the only difference i`ve found is the one reconized says dvd+rw data/video the others say for general use..help
