  • Grrr. Nothing is actually safe to smoke. Smoke inhalation is a problem not a thing we are supposed to do. Herbs/spices in the spice rack may have different effects but the potential to "get" a high would in most cases require smoking a lot of the herb. Pot has a specific chemical in it that reacts in the human body. That chemical is potent enough to be "felt". Nutmeg does in fact have some drug effects, however the chemical is in very low quantities and smoking it does not make it more potent.

  • This is a weird question: Has anyone heard of Tongxuan Li fei Wan? its a herbal drug for phlegm and breathing, supposed to help shortness of breath and weezing. I ordered it and it came in a box filled with plastic balls. in the plastic balls a dough kind of ball that u eat. it does not taste good so i would eat it with a snicker bar. anyway, i was thinking.. it kinda resembles brown hash, which we usually heat it with a later and break it on a cigarette and smoke to get high. Would this herbal-shapped residue ball be smokeable without negative effects and maybe even goes through ur system better to help u breath, faster than its affect taken orally? I know this is a very complicated question and maybe needs a botanic scientist to think about it..

  • You can smoke banana peel if you cut out the insides of the peel, then cook that in the oven for 10-20 minutes on 350 temp, then you let it dry out for 2 days. You want to roll that up in to about 3 cigarettes and you will get high.
  • Nothing is safe to smoke. There is salvia. It's pretty weird and it may or may not be legal in your state.
  • I have been reading about and experimenting with entheogenic plants for over a decade now. 99% of the plants do so little when smoked that you can't tell if you are feeling anything or not. Most of them are absolutely disgusting to smoke. The ones that do work usually range from unpleasant to actually making you feel physically ill. You're not missing out on anything but a general feeling of discomfort and sore lungs. It's just not worth it to go smoking random plants.
