Help answer this question below.

I have a 1996 chevy S-10 with a 350. I have put fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, distributer cap & rotor. It starts right up and idles good, after driving a while it starts skipping when you give it the gas. I need help

Are you CERTAIN that it is a 350cid. If it is a 350, it is not 'stock' as the S-10 NEVER 'came with' a 350.
