Help answer this question below.

2000 chevrolet silverado, misfire on #5 cyl,test says EGR valve, replaced this and no change, replaced plugs, no change, but now test says multiple misfires, ran compression test 75% on 3 cyl. and 71% on the rest, this is a 5.7 liter engine with 160,000,

    substitute the #5 coil with a good one and also check the spark plug boots on all the cylinders
