Take a class, or join a club. There are more clubs out there than anyone can imagine. I belong to 2 woodworking clubs, but, there are sewing clubs, craft clubs, I know of one club dedicated to polymer clay. You would be surprised at how many single men that aren't into drinking spend there time on things like this. Think about what you like to do in your spare time and seek out the club or class for that activity in your area. And guess what, not only will you find men, they will be men with a common interest.

Check for a wedding ring, and if they dont appear to be married, strike up a conversation. Comment on the cd, book, or whatever they seem to be looking at :3

I highly recommend the virtual reality site, Kaneva.com There are hundreds of young, single men on there with whom you can interact on a regular basis. It's not a dating site, so you can just relax and be yourself, and if someone takes a liking to you, you can talk and dance and build together, discovering who each other truly is. http://www.Kaneva.com
