Is there a database or website where property management companies and landlords can access data about potential tenants' rental histories?

    There are plenty of rental background check sites. We have used www.youcheckcredit.com but they are not the only ones to choose from. Just search "landlord credit check or background check" Most charge about $35 for criminal, eviction and regular credit history. No probs so far. Also, I have gotten a lot of info (good and bad) from calling their recent residencies and past landlords.
