Perhaps you're looking for ways to handle difficult people? They are probably what brings on your stress. We each handle stress in different ways. I don't get stressed unless someone is verbally attacking me personally. I also cannot deal with humiliation. We all experience it. Find out what kinds of situations trigger your stress response and determine the best way YOU can deal with it. We're all different in that way.

That's a good question because many people never stop to think that some other folks experience stress. It is very hard to try and imagine how it affects them and we must realize that they also can suffer from stress related problems.
