Help answer this question below.

My son is now in the process of getting in trouble for fondling his four year old little cousin, I have no idea what to expect or what kind of prison time he is looking at, any one know. we live in tennessee. thanks

Depends on the judge and prosecutor. You had better hope he doesn't do jail time prisoners are not fond of child molesters.
