Help answer this question below.
In an undeclared war, whichever country attacks another destroying their infrastructure, killing and injuring innocent people do commit a war crime.
If the attacked country counter attacks, that country has the obligation and the right to defend itself and its citizens.
i think hamas using locations like schools and apartment buildings as locations to launch these rockets are more of the war crime. i dont understand how they can be suprised and upset when israeil retaliates(spelling sorry)
YES!
No. It was self-defense. White phosphorous, well...that's another story!
Yes its a crime !
Absolutely! It is an act of war and should not be tolerated anywhere!
Absolutely! It is an act of war and should not be tolerated!
Yes and it still should but that is what we get when we put muslims in charge of the governments
Yes!
yes they do!
No more than Israeli rocket attacks on Gaza.
Of course not.
The Drama Queens of Palestine have already set in place a virtual bible of justifications for doing exactly what they claim Israel does.
And still feel good about doing so. After all, one knows that Muslims are incapable of ever telling a lie.
No. It's self-defense
Of course they do.
"Since the beginning of the second intifada in 2000, Palestinian casualties have exceeded Israeli casualties by four to one. But for several years, this was obscured by the attention given to suicide bombings inside Israel, which reached a peak of 55 in 2002. Suicide bombing, always a story, became a bigger one after 9/11, when it was believed Britain faced similar threats. Even in 2002, Palestinians suffered at least twice as many casualties, but not in the same dramatic manner. Now suicide bombings have virtually disappeared – there was only one in 2007 – and rocket attacks from Gaza have killed just 14 Israelis in four years."

With 1,400 innocent civilians having been murdered in the most violent, brutal and inhumane of ways and several more thousand horribly injured and maimed, I'd say the Israelis have more than vindicated themselves for those 69 casualties, wouldn't you say?
Do Israel continued attacks on civilian Palestinian targets constitute genocide?
Nobody, not one of you, steps back and looks at the fact that the land that Israel sits on belongs to the Palestinians. They were summarily and unilaterally pushed aside and their land given away. Since 1948, the Israelis have waged genocide on the Palestinians but, yet, when they do something to defend themselves, they're labeled "terrorists" by Israel and the US. It's sad to see that the biggest perpetrators of terrorism are the ones who brand others who are trying to stand up for their rights with that label
Terrorism, as the Israeli attacks are state terrorism.
Certainly.
yes because there targeting civilians on purpose
I say it does. I do not care what anybody else says the hamas has been bombing way too long.
Yes Yes Yes Yes.
This is what white phosphorous can do, that wonderful, harmless gentle substance that the Israelis so generously showered the innocents in Gaza with and which some of the racist Zionists on this website claim there's nothing wrong with using on civilian populations (too bad the Palestinians aren't equipped with the same capabilities so they, too, could put that excuse to the test)

Once again for the moment focus is on Israel and Palestine. Isn't this where we came in? Haven't we seen this before?
