I bite my nails so badly they bleed and get extremely sore! please help me break this habit

    Hopefully, you will outgrow it. If it really bothers you discuss the problem with your medical doctor or seek professional help. I've never been able to stop biting my nails to the nubs no matter how hard I tried. As a guy, I've learned to accept it as part of me.

    OK you can buy stuff called stop and grow, its a clear varnish that you put on, you put your finger in your mouth and it tastes hidious. This stopped my daughter pretty quickly.
