I very rarely care enough about things to allow myself to get into that position .If I do I will cut it short and walk away. I used to have a dreadful temper soit is best for me not to let things get heated.

Get a Beer/ glass of Wine and pick a Comedy DVD to watch while i wait for someone to come over to rub my feet.

Lost it THEN shut myself in the bedroom 'cos I feel guilty for having lost it! Alternatively - I walk outside and pull weeds!

Or you could ask yourself if its you and not everyone else. When you think about what causes anger? You and others will most likely say its people that get you angry. But in truth the anger comes from you with in. Because of some sort of sense or rules you have in your mind about justice and whats wrong or right. If they have not gone off on you then what makes them deserve you going off on them. Try to distance yourself away from those that make you feel the way you do if you don't like the feeling of wanting to go off on others.

I don't do that anymore, but when I am upset, I usually just go for a walk around the block, or clean the bathrooms.

I used to do that I mean I still do but I use my squshy stress ball to let all my stress out on it by squizing it. Try getting one. Well and I also like to take walks and get some fresh air.

Get alone and think about it.

I just isolate myself in my room and hear loud music or I run 20 laps in the park so I dont have enough energy to go off on someone or lose it.
