Either contact the police prosecutor before the court date or in court before the session and tell him youd like to have the charges reduced. He may be willing to do so if you agree to plead guilty.
I got reckless driving in New Mexico through a tribal cop. I tried to elude the officer. What will the fines be? Driver School?

You're reading I was pulled over for doing 70 in a 40.I didn't have my foot on the gas because i was going down a road that was pretty steep.I know i was in the wrong and willing to accept,but i would like to know wats going to happen or a way to get it down to speeding
