If you could choose to be a certain age for one year, what age would you be? Why? Often, I feel like I haven't aged inside, yet when I look in the mirror I see this older person who surprises me. Do you think our consciousness is ageless?

I think the conscious does age. I believe that your genes have a lot to do with how old you feel the same as how you look. Your genes are what cause your face to become wrinkled early or later in your old age as well as how your conscious ages.

I would choose 19. I was in great shape and had few worries. I don't feel as if I've aged that much, like the way you feel. I keep waiting for the day I wake up and feel older.
