  • try something like running or jogging.
  • Grow out of your baby fat.....wait until you grow a bit and put on some muscle....right now, you probably don't have enough muscle to chisel anything....sorry
  • Adolescences is a good time to start building your 'base' muscle. This is because testosterone is ever increasing, and essential in building muscle, (Testosterone is a steroid). Anyway, you'll need to build muscle to chisel anything. Can't chisel a statue out of no rock, right? Since you're young, I'd say hit the gym three times a week. Do a full body workout each time. Look on the internet (T-Nation is brilliant), there are tons. Also, increase your protein intake. This is important for building muscle and anything else in your body. Just so you know, your muscle is what burns fat, so the more you have, the more fat you can burn. The less fat you have, the harder it is to gain. Cut out sugar (fizzy drinks, junk food, crisps, sweets, cakes), and eat green vegetables instead of things like potatoes. Pasta isn't great, nor is bread, but don't be afraid of this at a young age.
  • If at all possible ; join a gym ... There are usually TRAINERS there who are PROFESSIONALS and will give you some pointers and advice .... Good luck !!
  • Join a wrestling team at your school or a wrestling club in your area. 8/10 wrestlers all have six packs and are ripped. wrestling has been a great sport for me i started at 14 and i loved it just being able to kick ass and get in great shape while doing it. its really tough because of the exercises we do, but it really pays off in the end
  • The best way to lose belly fat is cardio. At your age you should really consider ab core training. Having a strong core will help you in every aspect and will make you stronger in all of your exercises like squats and bench press. Making you stronger means more muscles, more muscles means you will burn off more calories even when you are just sitting. Don't confuse ab core training with regular abdominal training. Ab core exercises target the deep abs muscles like the one that stabilize the spine(spinal erectors) along with the transverse(six pack region).
