Help answer this question below.

If i turn the firewall on xp off, can i get access to websites that were blocked before? (I know how to do that, and i know that its not safe.)

    000

    The firewall is protecting YOU not anything out there. If you cannot see certain sites it means that surfing properties have been set up to BAN access to certain sites. The firewall is not part of the solution, keep it intact it will save your bacon.

    Go into your firewall setting and you can regulate what comes in and out, without turning your firewall off.
