Hi, I left my job in April last year and not touch my 401k fund, recently I received a statement from the financial institute handling my 401k and showed a withdrawal of my fund. Have called the institute with no answer, who do I contact next?

How is the amount of money determined to be paid out from a 401K if you were only married 2 years but the account is much older? Does he get a portion of the amount paid in during the time I paid in? Or a portion of the total amount?
