Help answer this question below.

Change tire.. ford taurus 1994.Lost my owners manual..where do I place the jack under the car..? can't seem to find anything that lines up with the jack..baffled..

    G. WASH.

    FROM A MECH.: 1st: block 'opposed wheels'; 2d: loosen (but do not remove) all nuts on "the flat". If flat is on front: Behind wheel, along chassis, place jack saddle on a strong, firm, flat surface, & jack up; If on rear: In front of wheel, along chassis, etc.. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: as you are apparently 'a novice', have someone who is familiar with this procedure on site.
