    I think it is very tragic for her daughter.
    I can only imagine how hard it will be for her child, growing up with all that media crap about her mother, and no way to discern what the truth about her mother was.

    Nope. She was a fascinating person but only like watching a train wreck in slow motion is fascinating. It is sad, sure, as any "tragic" death of a realtively young woman is sad (and sad that she left a 5 month old orphaned daughter).

    But I am not "shocked". Look at how she lived her life. And I don't feel any sense of loss. Other than entertainment at the most base level, what did she offer or put out in to the world? How did she better humanity?

    I don't think it was surprising. Certainly it was very sad, but she had been unwell (mentally and physically from what I believe) for a very long time, and also struggled with alcohol abuse amongst other things. I think it's more shocking that people today find the process of watching these "celebrities" drive their lives into the ground entertaining.
