Try something different until you figure out waht works for you. Try different positions, techniques, games, different foreplay. Just keep trying various things and see what works.

maybe you need to be 'roughed up' first to get excited.may people need a certain action or activity to get excited.i myself cant just hope in bed without what i like to get hot.do u enjoy getting spanked or slapped or maybe even held down to get excited.let me know what you think.
