The one my son has..he is deathly allergic to walnuts and pecans. Whenever he plans to visit I put our container of walnuts and container of pecans in the freezer. He has an anaphylactic reaction which means everything starts to swell..inside as well as out. If he doesn't take a Benadryl immediately or use an Epi-pen he has trouble breathing and things get very very bad for him. His window is one hour..within that time he needs to take something and/or get to the Emergency Room of a hospital where they will give him a shot of insulin in an oil base to calm down the attack. :(
Gluten. It is hard to avoid as it is in everything,soy sauce, etc.
peanuts, their in so so many foods. and even if they are not in the food it says may contain traces of peanuts on almost everything

nuts, or gluten. I would hate having to study labels so meticulously.
Shellfish allergy...would definitely hate that one.
Elergic to something like a staple food, life vegetables, milk, meat. Something i have all the time, I wouldnt care about chocolate or crisps, main foods would kill me though. Water would probably be the worst
I can think of two: Soy and Chicken. Soy because it's in almost everything and, unlike nuts, wheat, eggs or milk, very few companies label it in their products. Chicken (my sister has to endure this) because it's a cheap source of protein and in a lot of dishes. It's also really hard to go out to eat with people if you have a chicken allergy because half of the menu in almost any restaurant will be a chicken dish.
Well, on top of my earlier celiac disease diagnosis, I just found out I'm quite allergic to milk, soy, tomato, catfish, eggs, and many other staple foods and nuts.
I'm really not quite sure what to eat anymore besides meat and potatoes.
The one I have. I am deathly allergic to shellfish and I was able to eat it my whole life until I turned 21..all of a sudden this allergy came out of nowhere. I hate it cause I love lobster!!!
I am Coeliac to have to manage a gluten free diet,its really no big deal....my worse nightmare would be ,being allergic to nuts
Peanuts would be a bad one to have. :-)
I love peanuts. I eat them just about every day.
I have the worst food allergy ever. I am allergic to CHOCOLATE! It really sucks, because that is one of my favorite foods.
Cheese, chicken, potato.
hmmm......an allergy to Chinese food. dont think its possible to be allergic to an entire country's food selection, but if somehow tht could happen, i would hate it! i just love their food too much! yummy yummy! =D
I am allergic to peanuts and gluten :( I also can't eat any high fat dairy products; I will throw up within 10-20 seconds if I eat even one spoonful of ice cream. All of my cheese has to be the 2% milk kind and I have to use it sparingly. Going out to eat really sucks!
