I've found three ways to get my wife to squirt:
1. Curl your fingers into a "come here" position. Move your arm in and out while keeping your fingers curled, so your fingertips keep tickling the spot on the roof of her vagina, just inside of her and under her pubic bone. With this method, you don't need to worry about how long you last since you're using your fingers.
2. While she's on her back, put her ankles up on your shoulders. Don't penetrate all the way, but just keep moving the tip in and out until she gets there. You'll be tickling the same spot as in #1, but with your head instead of your fingers.
3. While she's on top, she stops moving while you move in and out of her. This always gave us the greatest amount of gush.
Tip: Put a towel under her (or yourself) before you start so you can soak up the squirt and keep the bed cleaner.
I can't guarantee if any of these will work for you, since everyone is different, but I do wish you happy trying and that you both have an enjoyable time.

Those are great answers, but she is the real answer. She needs to learn to relax and just let go. Pick a night when you have no place to be and no worries about any interruptions. Help to relax with a long talk, some candles, and a bottle of wine. When she is very relax and you have taken your time to get her really worked up, try those techniques and remind her not to hold back. If she feels like she is about to pee, tell her to push out at that moment. The key is her relaxing and not holding back at that moment. She must push the pee out. Obviously, she knows its not pee. But, that is what it will feel like for her.

I have had a lot of success with with making women squirt with oral sex combined with fingering. Also, I've read that a lot of women hold back from squirting because just before it happens, it feels like they have to pee. So I would recommend that she go pee before you guys start, so she'll know that it can't be pee and she'll be able to just release and let it squirt (if she's able to).
