Question

I don't have any ibuprofen at home and i am getting the rest of my braces put on today. The orthodontist offers us ibuprofen but i don't think it will help in time. So should i just take Tylenol before going or will that not help for the pain?

I would take the ibuprofen they give you. The pain from braces doesnt really start while their being put on anyway, ussually a few hours later so you should be ok.

Ask the dentist as he nay not want you to take that as it may not agree with what he is going to give you during the session.
