People who are depressed do often have problems going to sleep.
Some types of anti depressants often inhibit sleeping.
This is a side effect of some anti-depressants. If it persists you should talk to your doctor. He may be able to adjust the dose, change your medication or prescribe a mild sleeping pill.

You're reading I am on anti-depressants and at times i have a hard time falling asleep. Has any body gone threw this and how did you bet it. Right now as i type i should be in bed asleep but could not sleep. Its 11:32pm 03-15-09
