Is low a level of inflation a good thing?

Surely when a currency loses its value, there are no benefits to this?

Is a little inflation actually beneficial to an economy?

    Low value dollar makes for an export market, but makes things at home more expensive.

    High value dollar can lead to an import market and cheaper things at home. But causes domestically made goods more expensive to export.

    inflation will naturally take place, too much is a bad thing, but deflation is also a bad thing
