Help answer this question below.

Anybody kindly help I bought Nokia N95, 8GB second hand cellphone while I bring home put sim card only showing ‘EMERGENCY’ on screen. Calling time no call going saying ‘call failed’ MSDC not preset. How can I fix it. Thanks
