I wake up at 9 am everyday, at what time should I go to bed?

    Try 11 pm-ish? Sleep needs vary by age, but I
    recommend 9-10 hours. If that's too much for
    you, you'll simply awaken early. No harm,
    no foul.

    Here's a recommendation:
    Age Hours
    11 9.5
    12-13 9.25
    14 9
    15 8.75
    16 8.5
    17-18 8.25
    18+ 8

    Depends on what time you want . need ot wake up.
    Your body clock is set to 9am.
    If you want to wake up at 8am thne you need to got to bed about 1 hour earlier. It takes a while to adjust your body clock, but if you alarm clock goes off waking you up earlier and you get up at that time - then it wil ladjust much more quickly.

    If you need to get up at 7am - then go to bed 2 hours earlier and so on.

    Lucky you for not having to get up until 9:00... If I could sleep in that late, I'd be up till 2:00 am. I prefer to have a minimum of 6 hours of sleep, prefer 7, would love 8 hours.

    i suppose around 11 or 12. everyone needs different amounts of sleep. i usually need at least 7 to 8.

    Whenever you want. I'm not your mommy. Though if you are looking for honest suggestions, try to sleep for 7 or 8 hours, whichever makes you feel the most rested. If you decide 9 am is the best time to wake up, go to sleep around 1 or 2 AM. If you want to go to bed earlier than that, you will probably want to get up earlier than that.

    It is recommended for adults to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, so you should probably go to bed by 1:00a.m. I get up at 9:15 most days and I usually don't go to bed until about 2:00a.m.
