    Actually most plasma TV's DO come with a tuner. But you have to pay attention to what is stipulated. There is a difference between a plasma TV and a plasma DISPLAY. The display units do not have tuners.. but if it says "Plasma TV" then indeed it is a unit with a tuner.

    Usually they do not. Most plasma TV's are just monitors, so you will need something else to help you receive signals and change th channel. You can use a VCR, cable box, digital cable box, DVR (like Tivo), or satellite receiver to fill this function.
