I have trend micro internet security and i don't know how to clean effected files , when i click clean it keeps sayin that i need to update , and then i updated and keeps on saying it how can i fix this?

That's because trend micro sucks.
Get yourself the following programs:
Kaspersky AV,
Paretologic Anti-Spyware
and Spybot Search & Destroy.
