I've been hearing this "joke" that goes "if you say 'gullible' VERY slowly, it will sound like green beans." I know i'm stupid, so someone PLEASE explain the joke to me. I'm getting frustrated!

Do you know what gullible means? It means you fall for thing easily. If you say 'gullible' no matter how slowly it will NOT sound like green beans.

Hahaha! Oh man! Ok, anytime someone makes a joke with 'gullible' in it, they are implying you are gullible if you listen to it. Gullible DOES NOT sound like green beans at all...BUT if you told someone who will believe anything, aka gullible, they will believe them. Do you get it? Example: Did you know gullible is in the dictionary? (victim) Really!? haha! you're so gullible! Get it?

Green beans? We always did it with orange. It just means that you're dead gullible, if you're going to believe it remotely sounds like orange. Or erm. green beans. It used to be funny :)
