I found a toilet buried in the back yard.

In the house my wife bought before we met, there was an old neighborhood association document from the 1950s, saying that the resident must agree not to sell to individuals of the colored races or any individual being more than one quarter of the Semitic races.

- I asked one of my Jewish friends if the menorah was part of the house and should stay, but no, it is not. They are often family heirlooms.

Oh yes......when we moved into our previous house I found a box full of news papers from 1941....all about Pearl Harbor. There was also some Walking Liberty Half Dollars in the same box. The prior owners were very happy to get them back.

- It was years ago, the old tennant had just up and gone and left a hundred pound bill behind which I was expected to pay, I just left them to it, had the connection removed, they did`nt really have a leg to stand on, but it was a bit frightening at the time
