Help answer this question below.

I recently re applied to the U of T and received notification from the Registrar's office that my qualification do not meet the current requirement for admission however; on my original appl. in 2007 was accepted. I want need help with the appeal letter!

    Ha ha! That's pretty funny considering that the State of Texas not only produced and bread but also admitted re-entry to one George W. Bush. Apparently, they have raised their admission standards into that asstate in general since January 20, 2009
