I have a panasonic TV that works fine the picture is good, but the only thing that I notice is there is this high pitch sound that just constantly rings in the background when the TV is on. Is this a problem that can be easily solved if so How? Thank you.

with the panasonicsa this is usually caused by a ringing flyback transformer (high pitched)...it will need to be replaced, others is the horizontal linearity coil or the yoke itself......but i would guess the xfrmr its the most common..
