If the world had a zombie outbreak, what location would the last to be infected?

    Washington, DC. They are already incapable of rational thought and show no sign of rationality and intelligence, as is the hallmark of most zombies, so why go there if the infection has already manifested itself?

    South pole, they have already attempted to infiltrate
    that area unsuccessfully. Due to the temperature they get to a certain point and just freeze in place.

    anywhere thats really cold. when the zombies try to go to these places they slow down, and may even freeze, or get buried under snow. good places would be, canada, russia, greenland, alaska, or high up on some mountains.

    I would say antarctica or some other place where very few people live and hardly anyone ever travels to. These people would have to wait for some strange visitor to wander in to their land and infest them.
