  • Ok i know all to well because I use to do meth. Your motor skills start slowing down. You drop things knock things over. You forget were you laied something down and then find them in weired places. Your common sence stops working. Your eyes start seeing things like the carpet moving, or shadows or people standing in a dark cornor for the room. I have come to realize sleep is good if you can't sleep try something that will help you sleep.
  • Your reaction time is dangerously low. do not drive a car. your body will age faster. your sex drive diminishes and you look like crape. Been there, done that.

  • if you didn't sleep for one night you would be lacking in energy the next day, grumpy, irritable, possibly tearful, you lack concentration and fine motor skills. If you did not get any sleep for a long period of time it would lead to dangerous situations, such as falling asleep at the wheel, hallucinating, depression, and your body would start to shut down, using energy only to keep the vital organs alive, this will ultimatly lead to death.

During this stage of sleep the neurtransmitter levels in the brain are replaceed and as such the brain is healed.

  • Well my name is Jeff and i work for the physical drelogic hospital for the clinically insane and this would be a acurate way of saying this: 1.first five days is easy to go threw than day 6 is when it starts to get very serious cause who knows if you ate or drank something your bodys organs start to not die but go into a shocked state a state where say your stomach for instance would stop digesting food instead it will eat itself or canniblize itself then if you make it to day 6 to 9 your brain gets bloodspots on the surface of the cerenium layers (skin between the brain and skull)causing painful headaches and thats not all then your brain has a trip or psycho colour phase where the brain is pretty much off but you are still up making you into a vegatable if that doesnt make you stop than try two more days of your body giving up causing heart failure liver failure and even brain strokes and then how about your mouth and esophgus swelling up then you are dead its simple you dont want to live than continue.....
