Has anyone ever tried Suddenly Slim! diet products?

    My sister and mother have both had great successes...even more so...my mother wants to distribute to all we know!! Its a great product that does not make you feel 'hyped up' when you take it...I am just starting and very excited to see results...P.S. I have never seen my mom in her jeans and they were "baggy"...that was my inspiration!

    I've lost almost 70 pounds and I promise you'll lose weight. This is different than ANYTHING you could have ever tried. Besides, if you do the diet I'm looking for a mutual kind of support group. Any kind of diet or change in lifetsyle is hard to do alone

    I'm looking to try this product. I have gained over 100 lbs in the last 3 years. Diet and exercise wasn't working-I just kept gaining and gaining. I even tried Rx diets and pills and they made me sick. Then, I found out I have health problems contributing to the weight gain. I'm taking meds, but the weight is barely budging-lost 15 lbs in 2 months which isn't alot considering I need to lose 100 lbs!

    I have a friend who takes Suddenly Slim products and she has the same health problems I have and she said she stuck with the program and lost most of the weight she had gained. She says Suddenly Slim does not make her feel bad or jittery. I'm going to check with my Drs and hopefully give this a try.

    No, but anything called Suddenly Slim has to either be useless or dangerous. There's no sudden solution to losing weight. Save you're money eat right and get out and walk. You'll be happier.

    Yes I have tried Suddenly Slim diet and products. I've tried the shakes (I love the vanilla flavor) and the Reneu Herbs. I suffer with IBS - Constipation and this is the only thing that has made me close to normal than I've ever been. I followed the Suddenly Slim meal plan and I lost 8 lbs. in one week. I even cheated a little bit on third day. It teaches you a healthy way of eating with normal foods that you can purchase right in your local grocery store.

    Yes, and it does work,even without the shakes,which
    I didn't care for, because you mix it with water and
    it's gross. Just follow the menu, drink,tea,coffee,
    (non-calorie)flavored waters. You must do some cardio at least 3 times a week, for me riding my stationary Bike worked 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week.

    I now use a lot of alternate seasonings that add great taste to my food, Lemon pepper being one. The first 10 days differs for all, but you should see at least 8-10 in ten days. I will continue to use this diet, but I have to be reasonable, and have my pizza, and other things I enjoy. When I'm on the ten day plan I do the right thing. For me this works to maintain a steady weight or lose a quick ten Ibs, I haven't tried it any longer than 10 days at a time, but it does work, and even when you run out of the supplements.

    Yes and I lost 45 pounds in 5 months without working out. Ive stopped the products after 8 months and just keept with the eating program and have keept it off for 2 years. I started working out last year and added the trimbolic to my workout and it really helped me slim down amazingly.
    The program isnt easy at first cuz your cleansing that bad crap out of your body, but after a few days you feel amazing and its great motivation to see that you lose weight every week. Your really learning how to eat health and its something you can stick with for the rest of your life.

    my daughter was on this diet and lost 15 pounds in 10 days and loves this diet now we both are going on it i gained alot of weight after my hysterectomy and need to lose like 80 pounds and hope to lose it with in 6 months.

    I started using Suddenly Slim a few years ago and lost 52 pounds in 4 months. This was over the holidays also. Not only did I lose weight but I lowered my blood pressure,and got off my prescribed medicines. My heart burn disappeared and my cholesterol lowered. Now I am totally off all medicines. I haven't used it in a year but I am getting back into it. I love the FX shakes and the Bars. Actually I need to order more and am looking for a some one in Phoenix that sells it.
