Annoyed maybe. . .but there have been sites where it's not considered rude because there are people with poor eyesight that use them and we type in caps so that they can join in.

Did anyone ever watch strong bad emails on homestar runner .com? There was this one that said not to type in all caps since you could be breaking internet etiquette laws. Well, you really should watch it. Let me see if I can upload it.
