Help answer this question below.

Is there a business organization or something on birds that I can send some footage to of a possible unknown bird species? It's of a Hummingbird in Orlando Florida and I don't know of any Hummingbird with a white ring completely around it's neck.

    There are two websites that have a lot of information on them and you could check with them about your find. Some of the white on them does look like it goes nearly around their necks.
