Believe it or not one day I went to buy refills and found that I could buy a new copier for less than the refills so I did and sold the old one.
Refill your cartridges if you can at a refill store. The big companies are only scamming money from you by telling you that you have to use their products or you will damage your printer.... this is nonsense.
It basically boils down as to which you can save more. Although, personally, replacing the cartridge is much easier than connecting a new printer and configuring it.

you dont need a new printer or new cartridges. take your empty cartriges to walgreens or giant eagle and they will refill the old ones for a lot cheaper then buyin new ones.
I put in a new cartridge that I have on hand from when they were on sale.
Don't be a tard. Refill the ink.
