According to some specs I found elsewhere on the Internet, the RF150a1 produces 150W into one channel.
Power (watts) = Voltage (Volts) X Current (Amps)
Since your voltage is fixed at approximately 12 volts, the maximum current it will use is
150 W/12 V = about 13 amps. If you use a 15 amp fuse to give yourself a little 'headroom', it should be fine.

I am getting two 15" CVR kicker subs, which are 4ohms with maximum of 500 RMS, will an 1800 watt kennwood KAC-9104D be good for these subs?

It may be that you have the speakers hooked up in such a way that they are drawing more current then the amplifier can provide. This may be causing the amplifier to 'clip' at maximum output and draw much more current than it normally would.

But RF's own documentation says that a 15 amp fuse should be sufficient.
