    what works for me so i hear is a daily dosage for 3 days prior to act is an orange,an apple and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. I even tried a taste myself...not bad.

    I hear pineapple juice makes it better but also, there are things you should stay away from to make it taste awful...like beer is one.
