Help answer this question below.

Has anybody used Murad, the three set thing of getting rid of acne?? i have been using it for a while and havent seen a lot of improvement. Should I keep using it because its kind of expensive to keep ordering it if it wont work?

    I have acne. I was told that maybe if I made sure to take a shit every day it would improve. Believe it or not, it worked. It really did. Drink bran soaked in water and you will be surprised how much shit you actually had in you. It sounds weird I know, but it worked for me.

    Yes. I tried it. It didn't work at all for me. It made my acne worse.
    I used every over the counter acne medicine there was. My acne was really bad. I was one step away from getting prescription Differin Gel.
    But then I found something over the counter that worked.
    MD Formulations Glycolic Cleanser for all skin types found here:

    and Proactiv Solutions Repairing Lotion, not the whole system, just the lotion (found here):

    Twice a day. Morning and night.
