In as much as a lot of people brag about various FREE programs, I have seen those programs fail. You get what you pay for. There are a lot of other types of free devices that I recommend for the average user that work great, but when it comes to protecting your computer with a Firewall and Internet Security I recommend staying with Norton, it works. It has never let me down and has caught and stopped some awfully mean bugs. The cost of the program is cheap insurance, remember what I said - you get what you pay for.
