  • Nope it's a created set, but the apartment building (from the outside) is actually a real apartment building in NYC but the interiors are the sets made in LA.
  • There is a Central Perk in Newark, Delaware. Different logo and such . . . but same name. I don't know if it is older than the show or been franchised, not sure.
